Look Fabulous this Fall Challenge

Time for another health challenge!! Lets get you looking and feeling your best before the holidays! The challenge starts the day after Halloween and ends on the day before Thanksgiving. 

What is the challenge?

It is a contest with a point system to encourage healthy eating, regular exercise and proper amounts of sleep. This is NOT a contest to lose weight (even though you probably will), or a lame crash diet. This is a change in your diet, that will hopefully stick with you for the rest of your life!! It is an overall optimal health plan for anybody! It is gluten-free, awesome for diabetics, incredible for athletes, moms, dads, ANYBODY looking for better health!!

How do the points work?

You earn a point for each of the following: eating breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water every day, getting seven hours of sleep and exercising at least five times a week.

How do you lose points?

Junk food, soda, candy, grains, laziness, etc.

How long does it last?

The challenge starts November 1st and ends November 27th.

There is a $25 registration fee that needs to be paid before the challenge starts.

The one with the highest score at the end of the challenge will win cash and other prizes!!
