Pork chops-I have to do a bazillion, but cook as many as you need
Dijon mustard-check to make sure you get one without sugar
Mustard powder
Thyme
Olive oil
Warm up olive oil in a skillet. Place pork chops in. Squirt a dab of mustard on each pork chop then smooth with a spoon. Sprinkle mustard powder and thyme on top of the mustard. After a few minutes flip your pork chop and repeat the process of the dijon, mustard powder and thyme. Cook until no longer pink in the middle.
I wish this would have lasted more than one meal but alas, my kids are pigs :)
What do you usually serve with this? I usually serve some kind of pasta with my pork chops, but I'm trying to eat less carbs.
ReplyDeleteWe eat a lot of salad for our side dish. Some of my favorite sides that remind me of pasta dishes are shredded cauliflower, you cook it in a skillet with butter and salt or spaghetti squash.
