Most sauces are LOADED with sugar and high fructose corn syrup. I am always on the hunt for a sauce that tastes great and aren't bad for you. This is one of my favorites. We have used it to dip chicken or we have used it as a salad dressing.
Honey Mustard
1/2 cup Paleo Mayo
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup raw honey
Mix all the ingredients together until you have a nice creamy consistency, and then eat it until your little heart's content!
