Diaper Rash

I don't know what the deal was with my little guy last week, but he had some serious diaper issues...if you know what I mean :). The poor guy ended up with some serious diaper rash, then to make matters worse he would even poop in the middle of the night and wake up with even a worse rash. I have no personal beef with Desitin or other rash ointments, I just don't think they work very good. 

So I decided to try some coconut oil (I used the fractionated coconut oil) with a few drops of lavender and then rub that on his poor bum. It worked really well and as a HUGE bonus, he smelled so good! Which almost seems impossible with little boys, ha ha.
