The Flu

My family has been fortunate this winter season to not get the flu. To be honest nobody really got sick. We've had some minor stuff like the sniffles, but nothing that has had anybody lying in bed sick. So I was thinking why no one got very sick this winter and this is what I think has helped.

First of all we don't eat very much processed food, we drink our green smoothies almost every morning, and we rarely go out to eat. When I thought someone might be catching something this winter I would run OnGuard in our diffuser.

I got some calls within the last couple of weeks of mothers who had kids who had the flu and this is what I suggested they do. If you have a diffuser run OnGuard in it. Rub OnGuard and Oregano on their feet 2-3 times a day. If they are having stomach issues I would rub Digestzen on their stomach.
