Yesterday I was asked about what typing program do I use for my kids. We purchased
Typing Instructor Deluxe and have been very pleased with it. It's only $20 and you can have multiple users for the program. It also has lots of games which are pretty fun, I've even played them a time or two. I like to wow my kids with my impressive skills :).
I started my older kids on typing in 2nd grade, I wanted them to be fluent readers before they started typing. However, my 6 year old who is in Kindergarten decided he was ready. He is always on there playing the typing games and has become very good at it.
