Zucchini, Squash Medley

Have you planted your garden yet? Did you plant any zucchini? If you did, you will probably have it coming out your ears once it starts to produce. I think zucchini could survive an atomic bomb; not only that, it would continue to give you too much produce!

Near the end of summer when you can't think of one more zucchini dish, try this one!!

Zucchini, Squash Medley

2 zucchini
2 yellow squash
1 small bunch of fresh basil
1 Tbs butter or EVOO
Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

In a small pan melt your butter or oil. Sautee your sliced zucchini and yellow squash until tender, about 3-5 minutes. Toss with fresh basil and sautee 1-2 more minutes. Salt, pepper, garlic to taste. I honestly don't know if you could ever use enough garlic, I love the stuff!! Serve warm, and enjoy.
