Balsamic Salmon

This is my favorite go to meal for lunch. It's incredibly fast and very tasty. It only has two ingredients. It is so easy even my husband could do it! ;)

Balsamic vinegar

Put some tin foil on a cookie sheet. Place salmon on the sheet and smother in balsamic vinegar. Cook on broil for 12 minutes, I then cut mine in half and cook it for 3 more minutes.

Serve it up with some veggies and boom, you've got yourself an awesome filling lunch!
