Banana, Coconut Ice-Cream

For how much I used to eat ice-cream; I surprisingly don't really miss it anymore. But last night just felt like a hot summer that needed ice-cream. 

This recipe is incredibly fast and it tastes amazing. My kids kept trying to eat it all, which is super annoying, but because I am so awesome I shared a tiny portion with them. :)

Banana, Coconut Ice-Cream

2 very ripe bananas, frozen
1 can of full fat coconut milk

Cut up two bananas and freeze them. When they are frozen put bananas and the fat from the coconut milk in your food processor and mix until all blended. 

If you are wanting a little something extra, it is REALLY yummy to add my chocolate sauce and whipped cream on top!
